Anyone know what is tempoyak? Tempoyak made from durian but to prepare the tempoyak, isi durian perlu di peram untuk mendapatkan satu texture dan bau yang seperti tempoyak
Since Kheirul is hantu tempoyak so , I made tempoyak for our supply. We bought durian from Tesco 2kg for RM10. So, back home I peeled the durian(honestly, I hate the smell) and mix with some salt then keep them in Jar.Reason why I put some salt, sbb nak suruh dia tahan lama.Please make sure don't over fill the isi durian because it may explode. Believe me because it's happen to Kheirul! ha ha ha habis muka dia kena tempoyak.Tak payah pakai cream shaver la.....

Normally , I use tempoyak to cook Ikan masak tempoyak, best with Ikan patin. I have posted the recipe before. Kalau berminat click my resepi kat sini. Resepi ni memang pure resepi orang pahang.Meleleh ayor liur bila membayangkan I dok makan nasi dengan Patin masak tempoyak, perkena pulak dengan ayam goreng dan ulam kacang botol cicah sambal belacan . Bila nak pi Termeloh carik Ikan Patin ni??? The recipe I got from my sister in-law when I just got married.Need to impress my husband though.
So sesapa yang dok rasa nak buat tempoyak boleh la cuba.... Orang perak punya masak tempoyak lain kan?? Orang perak, ada resepi masak tempoyak tak???
